Eligibility requirements

• • Age 18 or older

  • Current BLS Provider card (can be obtained through Elite LS Training)

  • Current Heartsaver card (can be obtained through Elite LS Training)

  • Complete AHA Essentials Online Instructor course (cost $78, paid to American Heart Association; link provided after registration)

  • Complete in-person Instructor Course

  • Elite Life Support staff will observe your first class to finalize certification
